Fukugi Trees
Legend has it that writing wishes on the leaves of Fukugi trees and praying to the spirit of the trees brings good fortune. A path leading from the beach into Kuninao community is lined with these evergreen Fukugi trees, and locals continue to write wishes on the leaves in white pen. This place has a special atmosphere, and is perfect for taking some cool photos too!
