Kashiken Pass (Hillside View of Two Oceans)

Kashiken Pass on the eastern edge of Amami Oshima leads to an overlook called the Hillside View of Two Oceans. Here the East China Sea is in view on the left and the Pacific Ocean is on the right with a narrow section of Tatsugo in-between the two oceans. It is a point for paragliders to launch from, as well as a popular scenic viewpoint.
